Melissa Fisher is a strategy and finance executive with broad technology sector knowledge and a successful track record in both large and start-up environments. Melissa is currently Chief Financial Officer of, the leading sales engagement platform, valued at $1bn+ and backed by leading venture capital firms such as Mayfield, Trinity, DFJ and Meritech.

Melissa currently serves as a director and member of the Audit Committee on the Board of Model N (“MODN”), a publicly-traded company providing revenue management software for the healthcare and technology industries. Previously, Melissa served as a director and as chair of the Audit Committee on the Board of Image Sensing Systems (“ISNS”), a publicly-traded company providing software-based computer-enabled detection products and solutions for global transportation systems, security and law enforcement markets; she was also a member of the Compensation and Nominating Committees. Prior to that, Melissa served as a director on the Board and member of the Audit Committee of Digital Generation (“DGIT”), a publicly-traded company providing electronic delivery of advertisements and syndicated programs to broadcasters and online publishers.

From 2016-2020, Melissa was Chief Financial Officer of Qualys, Inc. (“QLYS”), a $4bn+ market cap, $350+ million revenue, 44% EBITDA-margin publicly-traded leading provider of IT, security and compliance SaaS solutions. Before joining Qualys, Melissa was VP, FP&A, IR and Treasury at Zynga, a publicly-traded company that develops, markets, and operates online social games as live services played on the Internet, social networking sites, and mobile platforms. Prior to Zynga, Melissa served as VP, Corporate Development, Treasury and Investor Relations at Digital River, a publicly-traded ecommerce SaaS company in Minnetonka, MN, until its sale to Siris Capital.

From 1998-2012, Melissa was an investment banker focused on technology at leading firms such as Banc of America Securities and Goldman, Sachs & Co. Prior to her work in investment banking, Melissa was a financial analyst for Fox Television, a division of News Corporation. Melissa received an AB in government from Harvard University in 1994 and an MBA from Harvard Business School in 1998.
