Deborah has 15 years of board experience, and is currently a director for iRobot (maker of the Roomba vacuum cleaner) and Covetrus, a tech-enabled veterinarian services/supply company.
Deborah is a Senior Advisor to the Boston Consulting Group and an advisor to early stage technology companies. Deborah has also run private-equity backed companies including Ideal Image, The Princeton Review, Restoration Hardware, and Wellness Pet Food.

Jan has more than 25 years of experience in executive compensation and governance. Jan advises company boards and management teams on executive and director compensation design, performance measure selection and calibration, and related governance issues. Jan has been named nine times to the D100 list of the most influential people in corporate governance.

Jane advises public and privately-held clients on executive and non-employee director compensation issues. Her work is focused on pay governance, incentive plan design, pay-for-performance alignment, compensation benchmarking, proxy analysis, and special programs for IPO and M&A transactions.
