Hosted in partnership with Fox Rothschild LLP
Please join us at WCD-South Florida’s first in-person dinner of the year, in which we will discuss the new form of Artificial Intelligence (“AI, known as Generative AI”) and some of its significance to companies and their Boards of Directors. We are thrilled to feature Neil Weintraut, a partner at Motus Ventures, a Silicon Valley venture capital firm, who has significant experience with AI companies, both as an investor and as a Board member and Nicholas Mohnacky, founder of BundleIQ, a generative AI company, based in West Palm Beach, Florida.
Neil and Nick will join us for a fireside chat with Laura Holm, a partner at Fox Rothschild and WCD South Florida Co-Chair. Laura has represented AI companies in funding transactions and serves as outside general counsel to several public companies. Their free-ranging discussion, which will then open to the audience, will span the top issues on the minds of board directors today regarding AI, balancing the risks of AI with its value, and legal considerations that directors should be aware of.
Nicholas Mohnacky: Nick began his career as an account executive at the Orlando Sentinel and The Palm Beach Post. His work in the media industries curried an interest in harnessing the value of information which steered Nicholas to launch a business based on the emerging technology of Generative AI from its formative stages. His company, bundleIQ, provides a Generative AI-powered knowledge management platform. At this fireside chat, Nick will demonstrate some of the significant exposures of generic AI platforms now being routinely used by employees and departments, and how systems such as bundleIQ address them.

In additional to launching and running bundleIQ, Nick also founded and runs an incubator supporting the development of small businesses in the greater Palm Beach area.
Neil Weintraut: Neil is a long-time Silicon Valley engineer, Investment Banker, and Venture Capitalist. Neil has been the underwriting analyst on more than twenty technology IPOs, co-founder of Palo Alto Venture Partners, and investor and Board member in more than twenty technology companies. Neil has an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BSEE from Drexel University. Neil presently serves as a Senior Partner of Motus Ventures, a Deep Tech venture capital firm investing in Clean Tech and Artificial Intelligence companies. Neil was also invited by the International Olympic Committee to advise them on the application of the Internet to the Olympic Games; advisor to OpNet, a non-profit providing a career path for inner-city youth into the Technology Industry; and a former board member of the MIT/Stanford Venture Lab.
Laura Holm: Laura is a partner at Fox Rothschild LLP, a national law firm specializing in venture capital, private equity, and corporate and securities law matters. She has been a member of WCD for more than 10 years and currently serve as a Co-Chapter Chair of WCD South Florida. She is widely recognized as a leading attorney and has been listed in Best Lawyers in America, 2013-2023 editions and as a top attorney in Palm Beach Illustrated in 2022-2024. She received her J.D.
