We will be joined by Professor Sandy Pepper from the London
School of Economics who will join us to discuss his book “If You’re So
Ethical, Why Are You So Highly Paid?”
Sandy is recognised as one of the UK’s experts on executive pay
and is the author of a number of articles and books, including “The Economic
Psychology of Incentives and Agency Theory & Executive Pay”
His research and teaching interests include organisations and
management theory, with a particular focus on the theory of the firm and
corporate governance. He is also interested in behavioural and new
institutional economics, business ethics, business history, and the
relationship between management theory and practice. Sandy was previously a
partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he was the Global Leader of the Human
Resource Services consulting practice.
The evening will be held in KPMG’s Canary Wharf offices.
