a guest speaker and panelist, along with our WCD
member, Bhavani Amirthalingam, CIO Ameren, and WCD Guest Lina Young,
former CIO Peabody Energy and Board Director at Enterprise Bank & Trust, for
a dialogue on Generative AI and what boards
should be considering.
Our discussion will include a
high-level overview of the transformation of artificial intelligence (AI), in
particular OpenAI. Mark brings 20 years of technology experience with
modern architectures, applications and processes including design and build of
numerous AI enabled experiences, along with AI tool evaluations, decision
frameworks, and responsible use governance. Bhavani and Lina will
bring in views from both the management and board perspectives on this

are leveraging these technologies and the potential benefits and disruptions
for their businesses including;

can AI transform the product or services and what aspects of the business
could benefit?
- Are
there resources to support the use of AI and the governance requirements?

appropriate?
- What
conversation should boards be having with management on the strategic
benefits and enterprise risks?
